Conflict coaching is a highly effective intervention suitable for workplace or personal conflicts. Our training is aimed at anyone dealing with conflict in organisations or communities, HR and employee well-being professionals, mediators, generalist professional coaches, counsellors and spiritual advisors.
Our dialogue and group facilitation training focuses on how to effectively build relationships across division and difference, emphasising deep dialogue, listening and narrative. It is experiential and participatory with a focus on creativity and group empowerment.
St Ethelburga’s facilitated listening process offers your faith community or organisational team the opportunity to explore tension and conflict in a structured, neutral, and safely held container. Our listening process can be tailor made to suit your needs and can take place in person at your location, online or in our Bedouin Tent.
Do you work with young people in a school, charity, university or international exchange programme? We offer bespoke workshops here at our centre or your location for young people ages 12 – 25. In a world of growing conflict and crisis, we believe it is essential to offer young people spaces where they can talk openly about how to navigate this landscape and to support them with the skills of peacemaking and reconciliation in their own lives.
Want to find out more about our centre, values, and programmes? Join us for half a day to visit the centre and be hosted by one of our programme managers. The centre has a deep, rich history and our programmes are continually evolving based on current conflicts.
We also offer bespoke training packages.
