These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of online tickets for St Ethelburga’s events only. Events through third parties hiring our venue are subject to the terms & conditions of the ticket seller.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with St Ethelburga’s, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.
1. When you place an order to purchase tickets for an event at St Ethelburga’s, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). We do not issue paper tickets and advise you to bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you to the event.
2. If St Ethelburga’s cancels an event, we will refund you the full amount of your ticket or offer you an equivalent alternative booking if you prefer.
3. If you are no longer able to attend an event, our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation within 4 weeks: full cost minus 10% admin fee
Cancellation within 2 weeks: 40% of cost
Cancellation within 1 week: no refund
4. We reserve the right to make changes to our conditions of sale at any time.
