“Most important of all, do everything you can to nurture your spiritual intelligence. It is your only genuine source of hope, direction, meaning and comfort.” – Cynthia Bourgeault

As a centre for peace & reconciliation, we know how important it is to cultivate our inner peace and ‘nurture our spiritual intelligence’ through moments of contemplation and reflection. The beginning of a New Year is often a time that can be helpful to take a moment to reflect on what has been, to listen to the still, small voice inside us, and to begin with intention.

This FREE online retreat will offer us a collective space to notice what keeps us connected to our values and will include:

  • The stories that guide the work of St Ethelburga’s
  • Prompts and space for journaling to reflect on 2024 and sense into 2025
  • Optional breakout rooms for conversation and connection
  • Shared silence and meditation

People from all faiths and none are very welcome. Please come ready with a journal, pen and/or art supplies, and an open heart. You are invited to join with your cameras on or off and to participate at your own pace.
