A successful disagreement opens up the complexity of real life situations and creates space for people to develop their position and options by better understanding people who hold opposing views and maintaining relationships with them.

Disagreement Success takes participants, either in small groups or as individuals, through a process of examining three elements of disagreement:

  • The underlying threat of difference
  • External polarising factors
  • Patterns of escalation

Disagreement success can be used to work with a group experiencing polarisation or conflict and also delivered as a training workshop.
