Collectively we are entering into times of profound uncertainty and change, watching our civilisation unravel around us. The impact on mental health is already with us, requiring community builders and those in psychological or caring professions to respond in new ways. How can we find inner resources to help us weather the storm? What will it take to hold together the social fabric of our communities in times of immense challenge? This participatory online conversation will explore the role of inner resilience in our preparedness to meet what is coming. The aim is to catalyse discussion on how therapists, faith leaders, social prescribers and those working in mental health can best be of service in a landscape of increasing unpredictability.
St Ethelburga’s is a ‘maker of peace-makers’. We inspire and equip individuals and communities to contribute, in their own particular contexts, to activating a global culture of peace.
