How do we include the inner world in our activism?  How do we weave spirituality into activism in an inclusive way?  How do we engage the heart and invite deeper transformation?

St Ethelburga’s is a community of social change makers from a wide range of different sectors.

What many of us share in common is that our change making emerges from deeply held values, spirituality or a worldview of interconnectedness.  We see a need to weave the inner and outer together, to allow change to emerge from a deeper, more transformative place.   We use different words and languages to describe this and we adopt many different approaches.  These include ritual and ceremony, regenerative culture, reflective learning, working with the personal and collective shadow, linking action with prayer, spiritual ecology, nature magic, NLP, systemic constellations, sacred activism, mindfulness, and many other tools and practices that reflect the simple recognition that the unseen worlds have a part to play in deeper change.

If you are one of these people, or would like to be, we invite you to join us online, in a pop-up community of practice.  You will:

  • Meet fellow practitioners who are combining inner and outer in a range of innovative ways
  • Learn from practical real-life examples and their impact
  • Have space to share your own project dilemmas and ideas, and experience peer mentoring with a difference
  • Cross-fertilise learning across different sectors and disciplines.

Sound like fun?  Click the link below to register and come and join us!

PLEASE NOTE:  You will receive a zoom link by email 2 hours before the event.

If you have a project dilemma or plan you’d like to bring to the group mind, do have a think in advance about the nature of the question and how you can best present it.

You might also have a real-life case-study you’re proud of, something that generated unexpected impact, or a tool or practice you want to share – have a think about that too.

You are also welcome to just listen and learn from others.
