Presence is a music and poetry open mic event where themes of home, belonging and community meet through the arts. This is a place for all, whether you were born here or arrived yesterday; whether you are in the UK or somewhere else in the world, our Common Home – Welcome!
Each month we will explore different themes and for December this is ‘Candlelight’. Performers are welcome to respond to the theme or to share whatever is in their hearts. Join us as a performer or come and listen as a member of the audience. The vibe is friendly, informal and inclusive. Decorate your zoom room with candlelight! Put on the kettle or open a bottle and come join us online.
Performance start time (GMT): 6.30pm, join Zoom anytime from 6.20pm for an Open Mic spot. You will be sent a zoom link during the afternoon before the event.
