I understand that if an upsurge in covid cases or a new variant means it becomes impossible to travel to France in June, St Ethelburga's will postpone the retreat to the autumn. We cannot refund travel that is already booked - but the travel companies will allow you to postpone your ticket. We can only refund the cost of the retreat itself if you cannot do the dates we choose in the autumn. You'll need to apply for a refund at least three months before the new retreat dates.

We cannot usually refund retreat costs once booked for any other reason other than a covid postponement.
