Principles of group facilitation

An exploration of good practice offered by St Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconciliation and Peace, the Interreligious Coordinating Council in Israel and the Corrymeela Community.

The following ten principles contained in this new free resource reflect the outcome of a collaboration between three organisations in London, Israel and Northern Ireland, who work with interreligious and intercultural encounter. These principles emerged through our own reflective practice and through exploring what our different approaches shared in common.  We hope you will find it useful!  If you any feedback or comments please email them to tent@stethelburgas.org
