Your registration / contribution is confirmed as soon as you receive an email receipt from us.  You have 14 days to change your mind about any financial transaction you carry out with us.  Refunds cannot be given less than 48 hours before the event.

Cancellations will be credited to the card that made the payment or paid via cheque.  Please allow up to 7 working days after cancellation for your refund to be credited.
